The lady in the drive thru at night always has an Attitude and always gets the order wrong. She clearly shows that she doesn’t enjoy the job Why is she still employed here?

I ordered online order which is large ice latte with caramel and the lady who was working alone in drive thru gave me ice coffee instead so I told her I ordered ice latte then she gave me only milk and ice there was no Caramel and espresso it’s was only milk and ice, I bought it for my friend so I took it to jersey city for him and he was like it’s just milk and ice. I came back all the way from jersey city to get my latte make right way or get my refund but the lady was showing her attitude and she didn’t want to make the latte again or give me my refund she closed the drive thru window and ignored us for 20-30 min. I saw many complain about her in google review from very long time. How the hell she still working there why she not getting fired. If the lady doesn’t want to work tell her not to come and waste customers money.
I was there 10/26 at 12:05 am the lady on drive through took almost 7 to 8 minutes to even say anything and she was talking mad about the customer before me on speaker . The first thing she told me ‘’what do you want’’ I am a very decent person when it’s about judging someone but I found it very rude . And I told her mam this is very rude to just tell someone what do you want after that long so I asked her to get me a vanilla bean coolatta and she gose I don’t have it. I hope her supervisor see this review and tell her to learn how to talk to people before working in a customer service position. And if she want to talk bad about customer make sure keep her microphone off.
Always pleasant people here especially Romane!! at the drive through and they always get my drink right.
