Dunkin'

Quickest and most efficient drive-thru I’ve seen in a long time. Donuts were fresh. Coffee was spot on. Omelet bites and breakfast wrap were perfect temp. The parking lot is a little wonky, but that’s not on Dunkin.

I went into Dunkin asking for a small donation for a near by school to support a suicide prevention event. It's absolutely fine they didn't donate however the way in which they approached it was unprofessional. Having a conversation about a customer, laughing at them, and snickering while that person is 10 feet away is rude. I will no longer be supporting this location with any business. Parker deserves better.

Plenty of parking, very clean seating inside , super friendly and patient staff even with the "8am rush" of business ! Donuts and coffee were delicious! Thank you for helping us start our morning on a great start!

About a year ago they gave my large order to someone else, when I asked an employee to confirm if that was my order they said it was and it’d be fixed. They then came back to me and said the manger thought I was lying and to double check if I remembered my order. I told the employee my order and she said she’d go back and confirm but that the manager was extremely mean to her. I followed the employee in and had a small verbal exchange letting the manager know how bad he is at his job (looks like a pudgey spikey black haired guy stuck in 2005 with to much hair gel). Went to the location again and they ran out of coffee so instead of telling me they filled my pregnant wife’s large coffee with espresso Got a sandwich for my daughter and the egg had paper on it. Thank god she didn’t choke. Ordered DoorDash for my hungry kids and they forgot half the order. Replaced the order and half the hashbrowns were cold, not to mention they seem to always dump 10lbs of oil in the bag with hashbrowns. These highlight three moments of failed customer service however I can tell you without a doubt every time I go here something is messed up, they’re out of items, they lack customer service, things are cold. Even if you miss home and are from the east coast like my wife, I’d skip this place.

The dark skinned girl with the dark hair is a seriously disrespectful scumbag. She needs to learn how to deal with people. Before she sets someone off and something happens

I was at the store today @330pm. I saw 2employees sitting on the counter where food is served with one employee sitting on the drive up window counter placing her dirty shoes on a tray where Im sure food is placed. I apologize but this place doesnt deserve the 1 star! There are plenty of chairs in the lobby. If they want to sit, they should use one of them chairs and stop sitting on the counter! That’s disgusting!

Careless for dashers coming to pick their orders up. The only reason I’m coming back is because the customer was super polite. They handed me an order that wasn’t even the customers. Then they blew off the customer when he called. It was a blonde hair girl. I made a report to doordash. You need to do better.
