Use of local, unfiltered water is the only reason I could come up with as to why the iced tea tasted so bad. Sad, because it's usually very good at this chain.
Second time at this Dunkin and both times the lady was so rude. I get to the window and forgot to add munchkins to my order and she says we can’t add food at the window. It was 10 munchkins and they weren’t even busy. I would understand if they were busy. And on top of that my food wasn’t ready yet so instead of complaining and being rude to me she could have been more nicer. I understand people have bad days but this is the second time in a week she’s been extremely rude. The croissant stuffer I got isn’t even fully cooked it’s cold. I will not be coming back to this Dunkin
I think her name tag said "kisha-mae" but I didn't want to look too hard and provoke her. Super rude, like oh my God is this real rude. Rolling her eyes and carrying on at the customer who was ordering through the mic behind us. Literally making smart remarks when on mute like "what am I speaking spanish", I kid you not. She did not acknowledge us or say you're welcome to our thank you's. She was disrespectful when we ordered...too bad the food was good but she was a shocking level of nasty.
I ordered take out donuts and the must have been 2 days old….so sad I will never again
Staff was so friendly and kind. Iced tea is my new favorite
As a New Englandah, Dunkin was the go-to for years. Lately, like everything else, inflation has made it more expensive, and while Dunkin's coffee and donuts have always been just okay, today, however, the quality of both, the donuts and coffee are fair to poor. In the age of designer Donuts, Dunkin Donuts is Wicked meh! The brand still has a loyal following but mostly of current and former New Englanders.
Great, very clean place with very fresh donuts everyday. We stop there frequently during the week Kid-friendliness: My kids getting their order and personal are very kind and welcoming
Remodeled looks great! Friendly staff
