Management is poor on Sundays they had no original donuts. And customer service is sad.

She was very very rude,, There was no one in line, and a 20 minute wait , If someone could please contact, me this is not acceptable, I will never go there again.

Whoever is working here 3/8/24 are horrible I ask for fresh coffee and they sai “okay it’ll be out in a minute as if it was fresh “ and might as well got an ice coffee… it was cold and had coffee grounds in it (7:00pm) won’t be returning and this isn’t the first time

Staff is not very welcoming nor do they try too hard to explain deals that are on the app.

I normally don't have an issue with this location. They always make my drink correctly. Today was the first time I've had an issue here. It was a simple mistake but what upset is the fact that they didn't even attempt to fix the mistake. I ordered a latte with toasted almond and the cashier pushed toasted chocolate swirl instead. I corrected her and she fixed it on the screen. To my surprise when I got home my drink was not how I ordered. They put the modified sticker on the cup but the drink was made with chocolate swirl. It was too far of a drive to go back and have it fix so I ended up having to throw the drink out. Very disappointed. Instead of fixing the drink, they added a modified sticker with the flavors I requested and hoped I wouldn't notice that bold chocolate taste in my drink.
