The donuts were ok

I did a drive-thru order. When I opened the bag there was a roach in it. Nasty. Having a Dunkin Donuts so close to home is great but, now I don’t trust my family and I eating there anymore. Be warned.

On 1/24/2024 I was in a great mood went over to my favorite dunkins which WAS “ this place, only to find that they hired a ratchet worker in drive through with no morals, no education and very disrespectful, presently working there. She was VERY rude!!! to me and my husband, VERY Disrespectful! I was rude back cause who is she to be speaking faithful customers this way! I preceded to explain to the other employee what she did and she took her side even threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave! This is outrageous I’ve never been treated like this anywhere, You just lost a very good customer today, I use to come here every morning, The manager probably doesn’t care about this review and nothing will be done, but hey I just had to leave my review on here. Treat customers better, we are not buying for free.

I don't have anything positive to say. The order was not correctly put in. The sandwiches were burned (literally on the top) and they tried to tell me that's how they always are. They did not have any substitutions. And not to mention the attitude of the staff was overall negative. There was no service. No offering of replacement. I wasted a good amount of time there for no reason by the end. I get that you might not have things in stock or you make a human error, but that's when you have a chance to provide good customer service. Whether that's fixing the order, apologize (which didn't happen either), show empathy. None of this was present. Then to try and tell us that the food normally comes out burnt from the oven?
