Apparently the lobby is not a priority as the DT. I was in there while people walked out waiting to be helped, while 5/6 people tend to the DT, not even a “it will be a sec”. They just watch you lol

Fast, Good service. The mother/ daughter team is absolutely fantastic. It's a pleasure to go.

Place was hectic with mobile orders and drive through but I did get assistance with my order since the app was not working for me

today is 03/15/2024 12:28pm the service at the window is terrible the person who serves has no education he is too rude to serve customers

How does DD run out of munchkins? Maybe go somewhere else than this one.

Me and my husband love the car wash next door . So while running our Sunday errands ,we walked on over to this location while our car was getting worked on. It was a little busy , only two women working , drive through seemed slammed . They didn’t acknowledge us for 20 minutes, my husband understood they were busy and understaffed but they kept taking drive through orders and not even a hello. We left and they immediately took the lady after us , we weren’t upset but didn’t want to add to their plate . We went back to the car wash and 30 minutes later because my husband was really craving a cold brew with sweet cold foam . Only 1 car in the drive through and no one inside. We waited an additional 10 minutes while both employees were “working” , not acknowledging us. My husband and me were shocked . Not a hello , hold on, give me a second. not even a smile. The second time we left disappointed, upset, without a coffee or doughnut in hand . we kicked our coffee craving to the side because of the horrible customer service. This location needs to hire more people and train on basic customer service skills. Luckily on our way home Starbucks was on the way and greeted us upon arrival .

The worst I’ve ever been too. The manager or owner is so rude. Won’t take my order even though I was the only one inside. I had to order on the kiosk. If I knew that, I would have just stayed in the drive through. Nothing came out right. Then she argued with me about my order. I just said cancel the whole thing and then she was willing to at least give me the correct items I ordered. The bacon egg and cheese croissant was subpar and had Swiss on it instead of the regular cheese. My friend had told me never to go to that one and I know why.
