Today, March 25, 2024, at 07:50 AM, as a customer, I experienced firsthand the shortage of staff, resulting in incomplete or mixed-up orders. This situation does not reflect a lack of professionalism, but rather the burden placed on employees due to understaffing. I acknowledge and appreciate the effort of the workers who were on duty today, deserving the highest rating for their demonstrated dedication. On the other hand, I assign a negative evaluation to the management and those employees who did not show commitment during their shift.
