Watered down coffee at this location

The two employees working on 02/06 at 2:30pm were THE BESTTTTT!!!!!!!!! They recommended the perfect drink for my best friend and I, helped us pick our donuts, joked around and had so much fun with us. They were truly a blast and made me want to spend the whole day there!

This location has the worst absolute service..Alley who worked the drive thru on Sunday February 4th 2024 is the most nasty and disgustingly rude person I've ever had the mispleasure of encountering..... her attitude is beyond poor.Jeff was an absolute sweetheart, but that Alley girl needs to work in the back, retrained or simply fired..She should not be placed on the front line of having to handle or service people. DO BETTER DUNKIN. If people stop visiting your store because of people like her, then you'll be forced to close your business. Very unhappy unsatisfied customer.
