Dunkin'

We hit this location around 5pm. Needed a caffeine boast from coffee to drive for several hours back home. I could understand the lack of food options being late in the day. But the worker seemed confused we would possibly want hot coffee. Then when we paid for the coffee, food and hot chocolate for my son she acted like it was odd to want hot coffee. We even tipped despite the service. But then we got to the coffee we received. It was the worst ever! If you didn't have hot coffee say that! It was barely coffee flavored water! If you said you didn't have it we could have made other arrangements. We got giant nasty hot water! Did not do wonders for the drive after a very long day. I was out for a specialist doctor for my son. Several hours of driving before and after plus the long appointment. Had planned on this being a pick me up before driving in the middle of nowhere for hours. Plus a treat for him. It was a terrible experience! Other locations are so much better. For such a busy area we expected better.

I’ve been here about 4 times. Good friendly service, no issues with orders, music is loud, a mix of stuff like Jack Barlow, Todd Rungren, etc. Today (Wednesday, 1/24/24, 8:30-10:30 am) patrons inside were a lot of people in their 20s-40s meeting up, one mom with young children; a couple people like me reading or scrolling their phones. The tables never got crowded. Drive through was steadily busy, as was the counter. And I noticed a lot of smiles between staff and patrons. It’s a healthy business. The team on deck worked very well together today. If you want to get out and sip your cold brew in an uncrowded clean Dunkin this place is good enough.

Today January 17,2024, went to Donkin Donuts. My son said to the cashier today is my dad birthday. The cashier was going to give me a free donut. The employee said he you don’t due that. On very arrogant way, I got scared and said hey don’t worry. I will pay for. Sorry that my son said.
