Dunkin'

DO NOT GO IN THE WEEKENDS. Different people that work on the weekends and they do not care. I have been going to this places for over a decade and have encountered wonderful people, most do not work there anymore however still amazing during the week after 10am. The employees on Saturday Sunday really don’t give a flying!!!!! . They forget items in your Order and do not read instructions at all. They are rude even when you are pleasant. It is hard to get hard working passionate people Update the service is terrible and they forget everything not sure if it’s the new staff however Dunkin’ Donuts is falling off they keep forgetting stuff recently got an eggless sandwich

Walked in and there was one customer in front of my who seemed to be having trouble ordering from rude staff himself. After he left, I was left standing unattended for nearly 11 minutes as I watched the only cashier in the building make mobile orders…. I didn’t get annoyed until I realized one lady keep making eye contact with me while she kept doing everything else.. furthermore, another customer walks in and is on the phone not even realizing I’m standing right at the front of the cashier waiting to be helped.. she puts money on the counter and says something in Spanish and a guy comes out of nowhere in a blue shirt (must’ve been a manager) responds to her in Spanish, and takes the money off the counter that she used to purchase her coffee… I went out of my way to tell her I’ve been standing here for over 10 minutes waiting to be helped.. she was understanding and wanted me to go before her, but the man in the blue shirt started making her coffee anyway! Furthermore, she left the establishment with her coffee and instead, I left with an argument instead. STAFF ARE RUDE HERE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! There is another location right up the street. Avoid this location at all costs. They need to be re-trained or they shouldn’t be working with customers at all.

I ordered in app only to get there and be told that they haven't received my order and that they would be unable to assist me unless I can pay at the window with CASH. I know sounds fishy to me too but it was 3 am I'm an overnight nurse who needed her caffeine boost. This happened on at least 3 occasions usually around 3am. It's usually one middle Eastern or Indian guy by himself and I believe he is stealing from the register. I still haven't received a refund from DD although I did report it. I'm going to try again tonight ....will update accordingly.

Some products were not on stock. Capuchino was foamy; hence not full

Coffe was not that great

Store staff sometimes is a little rude. I understand that food service is hard for employees but for me customers are always the first on any business.
