Dunkin'

Well, I’ve been coming thru this drive thru since this store opened. I waited 15 minutes in the line, several people in the line w blowing their horns and I finally just left the drive thru, probably won’t be back.

It’s 5:30 and I was told no food because they are cleaning the oven??? Shouldn’t that be done at closing?!

In the past week, I've been to the broad street, East Ridge & Ooltewah locations. I have to say all 3 are great. I always get a large frozen mocha with whipped cream & and chocolate drizzle. The Ooltewah & Broad Street locations are the only ones to put the chocolate drizzle over the whipped cream. No biggie because they make the best frozen Mocha.

No matter what time of day I go there, they always make my drink wrong. I don’t ask for creamer in my cold brew but they seem to always put it in there or leave out my liquid sugar. Not only that the staff seem to be more interested in conversing with themselves then helping the customer. Normally I’m standing there for several minutes before I even get service. There’s been several occasions that I have left this establishment because I stood there for over five minutes why they were cutting up laughing and didn’t even realize that they had a line and there was people behind me as well. I keep trying to give them another chance because it’s convenient to where I work, but it has gotten to the point where it’s not worth the convenience and I will start going to Starbucks. At least I know I will get prompt service and my Drink will be correct

They suck at making drinks in the afternoon Made us wait for 10 minutes and straws are to short

This was by far the worst experience we have had at any Dunkin. The woman at the drive through rushed us and was beyond rude. She practically through our food out the window to us. Our order was incorrect on top of it. She should not be the “face” of your location to innocent people who just want to get their morning coffee. I will be making a call to management.
