Dunkin'

My favorite place to get Dunkin. Service is amazing, employees are super sweet and kind employees are always smiling and have a great attitude. Always make my coffee just the way I like it

Well if you want to go into a rock concert then I guess you should come to the Dunkin donuts because I can't believe at 10:00 in the morning the music that vibrates from the speakers is so loud that you can't even hear yourself think let alone the lady at the counter being able to hear your order she asked me to repeat it again I told her maybe she should turn the music down then you've got four girls in the corner that work there all looking at their phone giggling and laughing and no one's working yet there are lines literally literally lines in the driveway and people waiting at the counter six of us actually, find me the one lady came up to me and asked me what I wanted. But if we got the two young girls looking at their phone giggling and the other two are staring into space then what happens. I noticed the girl at the drive-thru was busting her hump so she was, then there's the real nice black lady that continues to work God only knows I hope she gets paid a lot more than that because she was really working. I'm not very good attitudes on the lady taking the money she just the kind of looked in the space she could have cared less that she was there. Even the one gentleman looked at me a customer and said is it always this loud in here I said I don't know. But God forbid if you want to read a magazine or read a newspaper or just be able to be comfortable and talking to someone that you can't do that here because the music is so damn ""LOUD"". THE ONE GENTLEMAN EVEN LEFT WITH HIS COMPANION AND SAID HE CAN'T EVEN TALK BECAUSE IT'S SO LOUD IN THERE WITH THE MUSIC... I'D LIKE TO KNOW WHO THE OWNER. Needless to say I won't be coming back. You should be able to go inside relax take it easy be able to talk to someone read a newspaper and not have to put head phones on. They got my coffee right but only after it was sitting on the counter and I asked him if it was mine,they said no, then they changed their mind and said yes it's yours and this is after they tried to give my coffee to another guy and it wasn't even his. Poor communication.

The staff and manager is always so nice

I honestly don’t know where to start. This is the closest dunkin to where I live. I like to take a stroll to it, buy a coffee and sit in it whenever I have a chance. But sadly I can’t hide the multiple times where I’m left disappointed. Ive been to a lot of other Dunkin’s and I know 100% how things taste. At this location, I’ve experience tasting disgusting coffee and still don’t know if it’s the coffee or expired milk I choose. I’ve experienced cracked cups that leak. I’ve experienced getting my order done wrong. I’ve experienced getting cold lattes soooo many times. I wish I didn’t have to say this because the staff are so nice to me and try to fix things after the disaster has occurred. My latest experience was tonight at 7:25pm where I got an ice decaf coffee and my cup was slit and spilled all over my clothes and car. I will be back for a refund because I’m tired of getting my drink redone.
