Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too . Drive thru is never available . Never open at 5am for business . Always 1 associate working by himself . Store manager is a great guy but the store is a disaster . Horrible employees working for him with crazy attitude . This place needs to be visited by corporate

The customer service here is an absolute joke. Hate your life and wanna take it out on strangers? Try working at Dunkin!

I order through drive thru and the girl who attended me was rude and not customer service friendly at all, i order a Boston kreme donut and she gives me a plain donut the order girl notice and she helped me and then my coffee was plain and it didnt have any type of vanilla flavor i had to go back and the girl was like i asked you and i told her i always get everything done right at that same location and i guess her manager the guy wearing a blue shirt was telling me customers always ask for sugar the point is he tried adding more syrup to my coffee and it wasn’t right i literally told him to throw it away because what he should have done the first time was redo the whole thing. The young girl needs customer service training because she was too distracted on her phone the first time.

I was at another Dunkin donut where the service & coffee was horrendous. The girls didn’t want to make me the coffee again for the third time so I decided to head to this Dunkin and explain the mistreatment to Samondra and they made an exception and made me an iced caramel coffee at no cost. Thank you so much for your kindness and great attitude! Hopefully Dunkin donut corporate sees that they are an exceptional employee!

Hoy, lunes 4 de Diciembre fui para tomarme un café y comer una Donas. Y me ha atendido una Mujer tan alterada, grosera y mala educada. Y cuando le digo que quiero un Café Capuchino, se transformó escucharme hablar en español. Casi rompe la máquina de café del golpe que le dio. Ni siquiera esperé el café, es capaz me diera dolor de estómago. Será que no reciben un entrenamiento para saber atender los clientes, trabajar con público es tan delicado. que triste que hasta en está gran Potencia de País, viviamos momentos tan desagradables. Señores Gerente, deben hacer mejor selección de su personal.

This Place is Trash, I ordered a chicken croissant that suppose to had bacon on it, Got My order no bacon, the bread was hard, the order took forever! Close this DD ASAP! Trash

This dunkin is horrible. You order something and pay for it, then that’s when they tell you they don’t have it. There’s countless time I ordered from here and half of the menu is not even available and it was early in the morning.

This is by Far the slowest location I have been to. Waited 10 minutes just to order, even though there were no cars in front of me and 5 lined up behind me as I waited to order. After finally receiving my order, I had to wait an extra 5 minutes to get my receit that I had to Ask for. If your goal is to be late to work or destination, then this is the perfect location for you.

I ordered only 3 items and when I get to work. All the food was not there which I was charged for. There's no phone number to call on the website. I went to the drive thru early in the morning
