Dunkin'

I went through the drive through, ask for 3 strawberry sprinkled doughnuts and 1 powdered. Then 2 wraps, 1 with only cheese and egg. I got home opened the food… I got 3 glazed doughnuts and 1 powdered and 2 wraps both with meat!! I’m so angry!! And it’s not like I live 5 minutes away! Waste of money for me

10:30am on Sunday. Not many people out but they have a big line up. Very slow service and order is completely wrong. Not to mention cold eggs on the sandwiches. Incredible we still can't get this simple task done right.

Excellent customer service, the cashier was so attentive I was very impressed as he looked like he was like 18 years old or so

I stopped in today, during their morning rush, and was still greeted warmly and they promptly rang in my order and made it, even upgrading it from a medium to a large. The team was friendly, warm and upbeat and went above and beyond! I’ve been loyal to Dunkin’ for years, and this is an example of why.

This is a really good location friendly staff. They accept military discount. And we're courteous enough to remake a drink when I dropped one. They also gave a bit of free food for a long wait one time.

I would just like to suggest that @10:14am I was being helped and all I hear is someone getting yelled at. I find it very rudely that if your going to help someone do there job that you should kindly yell at them in the back not where customers can hear. That is true customer service.

Something happened here lately. I don't know if it's just me or others having the same problem. My food is constantly messed up, and the wrong orders, customer service, is sketchy at best. It used to he great, but the last 4 visits proved to he less than stellar. I wish they would fix this issue and right away. I'm sad that this is the only dunkin' near me.

Wow! What a horrible experience, no sense of professionalism at all. They gave us frozen Croissant and when we called to complain they gave us an attitude and hung up. I went back to the location so they can refund me and when we complained they shrugged it off like if it wasn't their problem. Lack of a better word incompetent fools.
