It won’t let me order online pick up

My order is almost always wrong (get a medium when asking for a large, getting coconut milk when I ask for cream, getting regular when I ask for decaf), but it works in a pinch, and I think the staff know that. Questionable cleanliness aha. Dunkins in East Harlem are just kinda sticky…

This is the worst place, they are unprofessional. And the service is really bad, I had such a bad experience!

I wonder if all staffs here are the family members of the store owner. They often act like they’d get a share of the profit and they are stingy when making you things. I sometimes asked less ice for my coffee and I still see my order with ice more than half cup full. I was once asked to pay an extra dollar as I wanted no ice in my drink. I have never been asked to pay for that at other Dunkin’s. He said one of the ingredients was expensive. I know right? As if that one dollar would have ended up going in his pocket lol Are you aware that you’re working FOR SOMEONE? It’s just hilarious.

The associate who took care of me was very ageadable, but due to the schedule, there was a wait to get what was ordered, but nothing that cannot be improved, perhaps more employees in the back up, I recommend them
