Placed an online order, denied that it was for this location. Went to make other orders and didn't even help to assist further. Awful customer service.

Made probably the best coffee drink I have ever had. Iced chai tea latte with a shot of espresso. Worker was not friendly at all. Barely said anything.

Be aware! I bought I latte and paid with Apple Pay, as I always do. The guy told me my transaction was canceled and wanted me to pay again, but in my phone it said: transaction in process. When I showed him my phone he said: "no receipt came out, so no purchase was done. Pay again". I called my bank to confirm, but after 10 minutes or so I decided to pay with my card and immediately he gave me my latte. But, surprisingly, the time posted on it was exactly the time I paid with Apple Pay. Why he made my latte if I didn't pay it yet? I told him that I'd check my statement and if I'd see double charge I'd talked to his supervisor. Five minutes later I got my refund.
