customer service skills are terrible, the woman in front was not as friendly to me as she was to others. And I just purchased a box of joes and several donuts. The donuts were not freshly made they were cold and stale. I was also refused extra cups in which I said I can pay for, and I was given milk in 1 small cup. Did I mention I brought a box of joe? lol terrible.

This place is cheep but has good food. The staff also takes your order quickly and will make your food fast. If you are in a rush, you can also order ahead of time! Kid-friendliness: All I can say is kids love donuts!

I recently visited Ducken Donuts, hoping to enjoy a tasty treat. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was lacking, and the hygiene of the establishment left much to be desired. I was shocked to find flies buzzing around the food, which was a major turn-off. As a regular customer, I've never encountered such a problem before. Moreover, the customer service was disappointing. It's unfortunate that I couldn't fully enjoy my visit due to the issues mentioned. It's important for any food establishment to maintain cleanliness and provide excellent service to customers. I've always been a loyal customer of Dunkin' Donuts in New York City, but this particular Ducken Donuts has left me questioning whether I should continue to patronize it. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to regain the trust of their customers.

Last time I come to this one. I'd rather walk further and go to another. Everyone has an attitude like there forced to be there. I am an everyday customer and there's always a problem. Sign says one thing but they don't know how to use the computer so they can't give the deal the sign says.

Whenever I order here, the orders were on time and correct.
