Stale donuts, counter service not too friendly.
The staff consistently encounters challenges in accurately fulfilling customer orders. Despite specific instructions regarding beverage preferences such as "dairy substitute" or "less sugar," there is a recurring issue where multiple dairy options are added, and the specified sugar content is not adhered to. Confrontation regarding order discrepancies results in untruthful responses rather than corrective actions. Furthermore, there is a notable absence of an online order system, necessitating manual efforts to locate staff upon in-store pickup. The designated pickup area consistently lacks staff with them seemingly occupied and unresponsive to customer needs. What is the point of ordering online when you don't start making the drink until I get there, and you tend to in person orders before acknowledging me? In addition to these operational concerns, there are persistent inventory shortages, requiring customers to make substitutions. The limited availability of items, such as coffee, donuts, and muffins, raises questions about inventory management practices. Moreover, the quality of pastries is consistently subpar, often exhibiting a stale taste. This recurring pattern raises concerns about the overall customer experience at the establishment. The observed indifference towards customers and a lack of attention to detail have become noticeable and, frankly, tiresome. I've been frequenting this dunking for a while now and the following are just a few of what I've experienced.
Completely ignored what was asked for in the order. Asked for 10 skim 1 sugar, got 3 sugar 3 skim. Both drinks undrinkably sweet.
Their customer service wasn’t all that bad but the food quality is terrible. Their doughnuts and bread are always stale. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but no they are the worst Dunkin Doughnuts I have ever been to
They messed up an order and refused to make it again or give a refund. The customer called the police on the store. Wild.
Hardest working Dunkin. Maybe small but the staff there really takes care of their customers.
I put in my application a year ago and they still haven't got back to me yet like it's not that hard but they don't want to hire a black person like they don't like me like I have transportation I'm right across the street from the fire station I'm at 430 west 125th street apt 8j so I don't know why they don't want to hire me
