ATTENTION!!...This Dunkin location has CLOSED! this week and MOVED down the street, to 2600 Broadway, 10025! AND, Big News, it has now combined with it's corporate sister, Baskin Robbins! (Both are owned by Inspire) See new photos and old. The location that is closing this week, 2568 Broadway, is between 96th and 97th on the East/uptown side of Broadway. The new combination spot is at 2600 Broadway, right on the corner of 98th and Broadway, (North East Corner), which is a much larger store with a much bigger customer area. Thankfully they've kept all the great employees who make this a 5-star spot.
They have people on shifts that don’t to be their and horrible service , don’t really make orders right and don’t know or recall what the own products on sale ate.
I'll give one star for the rest of the shifts people besides the overnight shift guy. Language barrier, misunderstood orders, not knowledge of menu and the most unaccepted one, stays out and locks the door, he will misunderstand your order give it to you wrong and give you an attitude and force you alike to take it, wrongly charges you and tells you thats the total and pay it, also no sandwiches are made during overnight shift. Its a NO NO customer service of what is to should be American culture. Too bad that this is the only DD 24H open around and I am around here during the overnight shift... Been a loyal DD customer since I remember something and this is the worst DD I've ever been.
he locks himself inside and makes you wait in front of the door for minutes
This is probably the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. Never has anything, I won’t be surprised if they sell out of coffee. Nighttime guy is rude & slammed the door in my face.
very bad service in the food and the coffee is garbage
