2 of the donuts I bought a jelly, a Boston creme could have been used as weapons or glass breakers (they were rock hard) the blueberry donut seemed fresh and the only one I was able to eat. That hardly ever happens here at my local Dunkin donuts.
The absolute worst location I've ever been to. They put zero effort into everything they do (for example, they don't even slice a bagel before toasting it, they throw it in whole). They're painfully slow and uncaring, and not to mention they straight up lie to customers to avoid doing work (saying their espresso machines are broken so they don't have to make lattes and such). Save your time and go to literally any other location.
Could be better…like When it first opened….
America runs on marketing. Only tried them twice when they first opened. Since then, I focused on the fact that food chains couldn't care less about their employees, professionalism, their customers or, for that matter, YOUR HEALTH. If you're putting yourself through this abuse, it's because you're an addict. And yes, the staff is not always professional but, take a look at some of the geniuses that are their customers. Grow up. Dietary restrictions: A pumpkin swirl drink alone has the equivalent of 14 glazed donuts worth of sugar. The large pumpkin swirl frozen coffee has 185 grams of sugar, which is equivalent to 46 teaspoon. Great for those planning on becoming diabetic.
