At the time I visited this place, mostly staff members seem to be new. They need to be provided correct environment and help to flourish, to provide food with love and exceptional service. When serving food you need to be good at all aspects, i.e. cleaning rather than chatting when the floor is dirty. Above all quality of food must be paramount.

One of the best customer service experiences in Dunkin donuts. I don't have many pictures but you have to go to understand how well the staff treats you.

It's 'ok' . For a place in Chelsea, it could use a little atmosphere.
