Dunkin'

Visited daily for 2 days during a traveling trip. Day one (Monday 4/8) was amazing. Service was friendly and coffee was made perfectly. Day two (Tuesday 4/9) had different folks working and they were not quite as friendly, but not rude by any means. The coffee was not as tasty on day two. I guess you've got a 50/50 shot of getting great coffee!

People were friendly service was outstanding n most of all order was right n food was fresh n delicious.

Poor service & treatment of employees both current an past is downright terrible an awful, an management staff withholds employees pay raises /increases when employees have already worked, managers violate employees privacy by discussing other workers private conversations between managers an other fellow workers while participating an allowing racism, employment discrimination against non Christian worker’s, and is intentionally withholding W-2 tax documents past January 31st deadline of non Christian worker/s which actually was stated by a Ms Debrah whom very much made it clear THAT Ms PRAISY WILL NOT BE HIRING “Black men Ever again ( black man was fired) don’t smile enough which was said by her!!! This is not the type of establishment my family will ever eat from /at again a definitely not a place I would want my family to work at Ever again!!! Very unprofessional and unbecoming of the management/ most staff here at Dunkin’ Donuts. Someone needs to send in A lot more secret shoppers to this restaurant or undercover OWNER need to disguise himself as an employee or something ASAP. Who do you call or who do you reach out to when management don’t respond to current or previous employees about their issues or well-being as far as their W-2s or even anything related to their employment concerns? there is only avoidance and giving run around conversation or Employees/ management just hand up in your face then talk about individuals private business in the work group chat. There is no employee privacy, there is no coworkers team work, no coaching, just everyone for themselves if u don’t follow there unprofessional trend of racism…WOW!!!! Rosa L Parks location definitely NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!!! ~disgusted family member/customer

As usual, donuts were stale. Selection limited. No prices posted. Should have gotten a refund.

This location is always really good. Today I placed a mobile order and I messed it up, and the lady in the drive through was very patient and let me place a second order. She was amazing. HOWEVER, someone who seemed to be a manager walked past and was shouting "why are they still in my drive thru!?" while the window is still clearly open. Why is this person treating the staff this way?? Instead of allowing your employee to help solve a customer issue for better quality customer service, you're more worried about keeping your times down. Do better. Great otherwise!
