Awesome service

This location has very bad customer service , and my food was terrible. It was cold still and just thrown together. I’m not sure who the young lady is for morning cashier but she is very rude. I will not return to this location.

Place is great! Staff is wonderful. Pleasant experience!

Picked up the wrong order.

Honestly I've never experienced bad service this bad multiple times I've had problems with the (bigger) female worker in the afternoons. I always ask for very light ice or no ice since I have sensitive teeth but every time the cup is filled to rim with ice I usually ask to take them out nicely this time she refused and told me to cancel my online order as an ex employee this request is not hard and easily fillable with coffee or milk for lattes so I didn't understand why she refused and to put the cherry on top my sandwiches were under cooked it is frustratingbecausemy order was over $50. I honestly recommend do not order through dunkin app in this restaurant just drive the extra mile for the next dunkin and hopefully they have a talk with the (bigger) female worker in the afternoons.

Shows they open at 4AM and placed an order in the app, however I get here at 4:56AM and they are just opening the store I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food since it was paid for through the app

Customer service was horrible. The lady was dismissive of me even being in the store. Coffee was decent.
