Dunkin'

I got a refresher and it was only filled half way up and when I complained they filled it the rest of the way with water and it was super watered down. Very negative attitude from the employees

I was in the drive-through and I ordered a pancake breakfast wake up wrap and they didn’t put any sausage on it. It was literally just cheese and egg. I also ordered bagel bites and they came absolutely cold, and they were not cooked

Customer service was phenomenal!

I have had 2 great experiences with the 1 employee there. Both times she has very cordial and very attentive to my orders. My donuts are placed in the box very neatly and my cold brew coffee is made to order. You have a very good employee there.

As far as coffee shops go. You get way more for your money here

Hot coffee isn't always served hot. Particular locations always get it right (i.e DD @ Hamilton and 270 in Gahanna...nice job) Some DD locations get it wrong with regularity (i.e. Mt.Vernon, Ohio)
