Dunkin'

I’ve always patronized this establishment especially the 1 on South Columbus Ave in Mt Vernon,NY. Unfortunately, they changed management now the service is poor. I’m quite disappointed. I ordered one thing n I was given something else. I didn’t realize it until I was on my way to the airport. Then I couldn’t return.

Service is deplorable. Disrespectful workers After waiting to be served for 5 minutes dude asks me “u must not like ur job right” lol what. Told buddy just give me my food and let me get out of here. PROCEEDS to diss me saying I must not like my job all types of weird childish things. Completely ignored him but I had to share. I use to manage a Dunkin’ lol this would not fly at any location. Arguing with a customer? That isn’t saying a thing to u? Yea this would not fly at any other location. I waiting at the counter for 5 minutes while the manager continued to chat and laugh in the back and then greet me with rude behavior? Unacceptable . At least share the joke buddy.

Staff is horrible they don’t make items the right way. I had to get 3 coffees made over this morning and it still wasn’t right. Horrible experience

I recently had a disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts regarding their customer service. Upon entering the store and notifying the employee about my mobile order, I was met with an unprofessional and disrespectful response delivered in a loud and demeaning tone. This interaction left me feeling disheartened, as my intention was simply to communicate my order. Such behavior diminishes the quality of service and warrants attention from the management to ensure a more respectful atmosphere for customers. This lady seen in the photo I took was the worker

Not so great local. Plus they don't supply mayonnaise for any thing you buy.

Coffee was cold super long wait

One of the bad locations/Indian employees speaking English but don't comprehend English. You say one thing they do what they want guaranteed this location is not a good recommendation.
