I havent been to this location in over a year because the previous workers there had nasty attitudes. But this day here I must say the service was on point and my butter pecan iced coffee was made with love and to perfection. So yeah it look like I'll be returning. Thank you'll soo much

I love their cold coffee better than Starbucks. More coffee flavor. I had a muffins at about 130 that was stale and fell apart all over me. The flavor was good, just stale. I wasn't upset, but it's the only muffin they carry, so I thought I was going to really enjoy it. So if you want a muffin from DD, go very early I guess.

The folks running the Saturday morning shift (10/21/23) needs to teach everyone else how to run a shift! Food and drinks were perfect! Service was SOOOO kind. They were all working and flowing so well. I worked in food service for 13 years and I’ve never been so impressed. Way to go!

The ladies here on this day were some of the sweetest ladies I've ever met.

Stopped in this morning to get my daughter an ice latte and a sausage biscuit the cashier states they didn’t have any biscuits or bagel . So when I got to the window they told me that truck just got there witch I didn’t see any truck when I was in driver thru she said they were all frozen. So I got muchkins which taste stale like they were from yesterday. So didn’t eat them….They need to teach their employees how to be nice to customers..

Went earlier today was an older lady working the drive thru. Asked if they had ice spice drink responded uhh? Yea my daughter wanted a donut and each donut I named out her response was “we ain’t got that “ she continued to say this 3-4 times after each donut I named with attitude. And tried to rush my order by saying what size of drink do you want after I already told her I wanted it in a small just to hurry the process. She could have just told me what donuts they had. Attitude was so nasty we drove off I don’t want people with that negative energy making my food or drinks for my family and it be your own kind BLACK people no one told you to work that job if you if you gone treat customers like that. CHIC FIL A is number one because they’re service !!! This was at 4 PM

This location the general manager is great but the employees are rude and loud and cursing and on phone all the time and they also get mad when an item or drink is made wrong. Like if my coffee is nasty remake it one day it delicious one day it’s gross the drinks are very inconsistent in taste
