The new location is not good! The new way to drive in and leave is a mess. Also the service is so slow!

You have a sign asking for 5⭐️ for free donut. While you have an employee vapping behind the counter. Disappointed, sorry you are getting 1⭐️

Absolutely pathetic, unprofessional disrespectful manager and employes. I have picked up multiple doordashes through the drive through of this establishment and never once was told to come inside until today. I was told with an attitude and then cursed at for telling them Their employees don't do their job, right.

Food was cold, drink was wrong, not very friendly employees

Service includes almost outright hostility. I go there and ask for a bagel with extra cream cheese. This costs 5.40$. I don't say anything about the fact that the DD on 208 charges 3.40 for the same thing. I'm handed a bagel with a light amount of cream cheese so I politely ask for this to be fixed. This woman tries to just hand me some more with a knife to do it myself. If that's what I was willing to do, I would have spent about 2 dollars and bought my own bagel and my own cream cheese. So I ask for it to be remade and she gives me the most obvious "I hate you" looks. They're already overcharging and they still don't want to do their jobs. If you get there in the morning they don't have bagels at all. Classic Gen Z,-run establishment, it is obvious they're meeting their diversity and LGBT quotas but they can't be bothered to do the job they're hired for.

Where to begin .. first we were charged for a tea we didn't order and then the cashier proceeded to argue and give an attitude and tell us wel that's what u ordered when tea or anything close to that never came out of our mouth. Then I got a bacon ba that literally had 3 small pieces in it proceed to tell me its supposed to have 8 small pieces so I show the bag that clearly is short and she tells me it's right. And we asked for liquid sugar and it'd printed on the label and theres cane sugar at the bottom.. I never complain or right reviews but sorry do your job correct or correct your mistakes and don't give give an attitude and tell mee that's how u talk well maybe your in the wrong field.
