This place has the worst customer service ever. Doesn’t matter when I come here; they hire the same type of people (LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL) I came inside for a pickup order that wasn’t ready. Mind you it was just two drinks. So they could have easily made the order really quick. They decided that the drive thru customers were more important. So they took their orders first. Then a white man came in 3 mins behind me and they started helping him. They were like “yes sir and no sir”. So professional… too bad I didn’t get the same treatment even though I was there before him…Ridiculous!! I don’t see what’s so stressful about making coffee and donuts all day.. But go off.. and you just got to work… so it couldn’t be that hard.. wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Just make your coffee at home. You’ll get it faster.. and you don’t have to deal with rude people early in the morning. Even McDonald’s has better customer service than them and that’s saying something..

I have visited this location before. The staff seems new and service is below the standard I have received in the past. My bagel I ordered was cold and appears the person preparing it just piled cold cream cheese on it. I did not complain but I did trash it in lobby. It was not worth a complaint or confrontation with the manager . Needless to say, I will not be going back anytime soon.
My mocha frappe (or the equivalent of) was delicious. I went with a friend who frequently comes here. My first visit here was awesome!
I went in right before closing and even then the staff was so very kind and helpful.
