I ordered through the Dunkin mobile app a large chai tea latte. I ended up getting a large coffee with chai syrup in it. Not sure how you mess that up especially being the only item ordered. Waste of $5

This is the worst Dunkin’ customer service here. Very rude, very impolite, not educated manager to scold customer.
I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size. Parking: Adequate parking. Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.
The lady who take our order was the best very friendly and fast service.
