We are so appreciative to this Dunkin Donuts for donating free coffee for our teachers at Pea Ridge Elementary School! They helped provide a little pick-me-up for our staff on this freezing cold day. Thank you, Dunkin!

Worked here and got fired was told I was the problem to all the customers but looking at the reviews from before I was even there I was never the problem it's just the store itself and the people in it especially when one of the people there I worked with was extremely disrespectful to me and tbh no they don't train people on everything they just tell you how to do something once and if you make a mistake it's on you and with that it doesn't help that multiple people do different ways I never did anything to any customer not to mention they play favoritism with everyone

DONT ORDER THE TOASTED WHITE CHOCOLATE SIGNATURE LATTE!! We love Dunkin BUT this drink is awful. Worst $15 I've ever spent and not the birthday surprise I meant to give my daughter. It taste like liquor gone wrong. We both pour ours out. In the words of a 14 yr old WOW, that's bad...like drinking coffee that was straight out of a trash can and poured on ice lololol

Sat for 35 minutes waiting for 3 drinks while every person who arrived after me got service first.

No wonder they have a 2.7 rating. trash Dunkin’s!!!! I ordered a croissant with cheese and they reduced to melt the cheese. I’m like put it in the oven for 5 seconds and they said it would ruin the oven. Do they even know how Dunkin’s work? Train better people.

I have tried with this store tried to give them a chance but I am convinced everyone who works here is as dumb as a bag of rocks. I don’t think they have gotten my order right one time . for example one time I ordered a grilled cheese that’s it . bite into it and it’s filled with bacon i’m vegetarian after i waited over 30 minutes in the drive threw. another time I ordered an ice cream cone with 2 flavors (only got one) but was charged for 2 separate 2 scoop cones. asked for almond milk got cows milk and asked for sweet cold foam girl made it with sweet in low not once but twice when i went in to get it fixed. terrible customer service one morning i pulled up to the drive threw just to have the worker open it not even talk to me roll her eyes and slam the window shut.

I ordered1 Dozen Donuts, Item Only $16.23 3 Boston Kreme $0.00 3 Chocolate Frosted $0.00 3 Vanilla Crème $0.00 3 Vanilla Frosted with Sprinkles $0.00 2 Caramel Chocoholic Donut $4.96 And recieved 1 vanilla creme...the rest assorted... This is not the 1st time that this store has done this to me. I DO NOT recommend ordering food from them. Make sure you can go into this Dunkin Donuts instead, just to make sure you get thebcorrect order... Very unprofessional and disrespectful... They couldn't even count a dozen out. They gave me 11 donuts and 1 out of 2 Caramel Chocoholic Donut... Very Unprofessional...
