Dunkin'

The guy at the counter was friendly and polite. The people in the kitchen behind just talk loudly; it seems like they don’t have much to do. The place is dirty, tables very unclean, and the avocado toast was very poor. I complained, and they laughed. Certainly, I won’t be coming back.

I bought a coffee and asked for cream and sugar, at the drive thru, the server was a white young man, tall, blonde and looked at me sarcastic and hypocritically asked to have a nice day...As I drove out I found out neither the milk or sugar was added to my coffee which I had to drink bitterly.

No one answers the phone!!

Since new Manager is there, service has been decreasing by the day. Avoid this place.

It's a smaller location on a very busy street. Not enough parking and not enough staff so service is not as good as it can be if the staff had the resources they needed to provide better service.

It was ok, I ordered at the drive-thru and they asked me to park and wait for my food. However time passed by and I kept waiting, after a few minutes I went inside to see what happened, just to find out they forgot to bring my food to the car. Parking: They have very limited parking spaces.

Early morning all staff was on point, greeting all my orders very fast.

Waiting for more than 10 minutes at a "fast food" drive-through can be quite annoying, especially when there's no manager around to address your complaint. It was very inconvenient to have to go inside and demand for a refund. it was disappointing entering into an atmosphere inside that was chaotic, loud music playing and the work areas looking dirty.
