Dunkin'

Forget the hassle of parking - Dunkin' Donuts' drive-thru only is the first of its kind that I've seen, and it was a breeze! Top that with a crew as friendly as their coffee is hot, and you've got yourself a winning combination. I'll be back for sure!

Update: gave them a second chance but nope, lady was completely rude while telling me they were "all out of donuts". They should tear this location down, it would have more value as a parking lot. This may literally be the worst Dunkin in existence. The oven is always "broken" so no food, always out of donut selections, they get drinks wrong, I've had to return multiple times for receiving the wrong order, and the list goes on. I'm not sure how this doesn't improve because other reviews confirm the same experience. Customer service is mostly alright but there have been a few times I was met with a rude attitude. Consumer beware,

They always get your order wrong . Order a dozen sprinkle doughnuts and get a bunch of plain ones and one sprinkle one. Also check how many you get, sometimes a dozen means 10. They will also be rude to you when you tell them they got it wrong

Orders from GrubHub after a grueling flight. Speedy delivery. Excellent packaging for delivery which kept our various foods the proper temperature. Careful packing so nothing spilled. Speedy delivery. The hot matcha with pink velvet sweetener was yummy.

Wow, They incorrectly put together my half dozen replacing 2 of them without letting me know. Then proceeded to literally argue with me that Boston Kreme is the same as Bavarian Kreme Donuts. Yes, that is correct, they yelled back at me when I was calm and pointed out their fault. For 1 minute straight she yelled at me that what Dunkin Donuts have been marketing as 2 different Donuts since day one are in fact the same Donut??? She didn't accept that one has chocolate icing and the other has powdered sugar. I asked if she could put a Bavarian Kreme together real fast, as this option was given to me in the past. She then ran off to get some large plastic vessel yelling at me that there is no Kreme, then you could hear her literally yell "OH MY GOD!!!" and she must have thrown it in the store because you could hear it smash around after that. Crazy lady there! Employees need to be educated on the different donuts they carry. All you had to do was say oh gee, sorry we messed up the order... what would you like... Instead she turned it on me and made a mockery of herself. I would like to point out by 9Am they were already out of Lemon, Double Chocolate, Bavarian... The owner needs to step in and clean house, make this establishment a proud fixture in our community, not this insane asylum masking as Dunkin Donuts...

Just like allll the other reviews YOUR STAFF IS RUDE RUDE RUDE. How does a BRAND NEWLY built donut shop have no donuts? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. FIRE THE MANAGER. Your coffee is good but your staff is trash.

Drive in & walk up only. No menu for walk up. Very few choices on drive thru menu. Plain bagel was good tho not what had intended to get. Coffee was hot. Will not do drive thru again.

Amber was really rude in the drive thru! Outside of her we do enjoy this place. Someone needs to either put her on a job that doesn’t involve talking to customers or she needs some customer service training.
