Dunkin'

I love Dunkin! The prices are better than another coffee place and the coffee is delicious. We enjoy the food too. The staff are friendly and fast.

It was good.

Tables all dirty and asked to wipe down and was told they are too busy. Had to ask for napkins, rude staff, fifty counters with empty donut baskets all over the counter. Just bad.

I do not visit DD on a regular basis but when I do, it's at the request of my family who wants me to bring them a dozen donuts. I went here on a Christmas afternoon, only to find very TWO employees there, who not only didn't even want to be there but had ZERO knowledge of any questions I asked them that day. I do not know what kind of donuts are offered here and when I asked why there wasn't a pictured description posted up at the order screen, nobody knew why and nor did they care. When I asked to speak with a manager, it WASN'T to complain about the poor, disregarded service I was receiving. I asked to speak with a manager to recommend the company actually put SOMETHING visual up on the ordering board, so people like me can actually order a variety of dozen donuts... The response however I got from the two little girls there was, "There is no manager even here. It's just us and they aren't gonna know either." Because of this, I unfortuantley held up the line, while the little girl told me what donuts they had [left]. She then went to go assemble a box [while bad mouthing me to the second employee there] I heard them through the open drive-thru window... A lot of time wasted in my opinion, frustration for both of us and not very good business sense as well. I believe I have been to another DD location before and there was a picture donut menu posted but why this location had nothing or only two employees working and NO manager at all is a mystery.

1/)5/24 @ 8am Came in was greeted by Simone very pleasant. Olivia made my coffee had such a nasty attitude when Simone tried to tell her how I wanted it so she decided to stop & sat it down. My visit would have been a 1 star if Simone wouldn't of stepped up & fixed the problem. Oliva needs to realize if it weren't for paying customers she wouldn't have a job. She obviously needs a ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT.!!!

A rude lady can mess a donut fun with your child up at this store!

I’ll keep it short and sweet. They handed our drink out to another car and took it back before handing it to us (health code violation). The wind blew our food off from their counter into the ground and tried serving it to us (health code violation). If you like dirty filthy ground food, then Donkin DunDuns on Eldorado is the place for you!
