Today at around 8:20 AM, I went through the drive-through and ordered a small coffee and a blueberry muffin. The attached picture shows what looks like a handprint on the muffin, with a piece missing. Additionally, it was stuffed into a bag with a hole at the bottom. I called this morning to express my concern, but the person who answered the phone seemed irritated and provided a nonchalant response , “ um — so you want another “. This location has no conflict resolution or Customer Service training!! I find it unacceptable that someone handled my muffin in such a manner. I am requesting a full refund.. Not to mention, I opened the lead to my coffee, and it looks like something is floating in it.. I'll also be filing a complaint with corporate. This experience is both disgusting and disrespectful.

Good coffee go in the afternoon. The cashier takes forever to acknowledge your presence. She walks around wearing headphones and acts as if her job is secondary to whatever she is doing
There were 4 or 5 ladies working, but the service was slow. I got hot chocolate, and I had to go back because it was water down. The 2nd one was the same. Another lady made it with milk on the 3rd try, which was better. Overall they were very nice. The place was clean.
They were very busy when I came in at around 7:30, but the cashier was friendly, and they got me out of there quick enough for me to be on time to work lol. My drink was made to my exact specifications, too, they do very well here.

This is my first time at this location and it was horrible. I was picking up a mobile order and wasn’t greeted just questioned if I was picking up a mobile order? Young lady handed me an ice coffee and I had ordered a hot coffee. The label had the correct order information with my name but the coffee was made incorrectly. The young just took the ice coffee out of my hand and proceeded to make the correction but there wasn’t any apology or anything. After remaking the coffee the young lady just ”said here you and walked away!” My first and last time at this location. Just unprofessional and miserable staff remembers with poor customer service. The coffee ingredients weren’t stirred together. The coffee was horrible
Overall, my experience was ok. The drive thru was super fast, although the person at the window could have used some customer service training. (I do understand a bit though, as I didn't want to be awake at 7 am heading into work either!) My coffee was hot and fresh but my sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was thrown together quite sloppily. I ended up throwing half of it away because it just didn't taste very good.
