Dunkin'

The workers are always so sweet and friendly in the morning when I stop in on my way to work but their food is absolutely awful. This was after I even asked to please not burn the bagel or make it too dark. I went inside to have it replaced and although the second one wasn’t burnt, it was hard and inedible. I guess if I keep coming here I will have to stick to just coffee because every time I order food I end up throwing it away and wasting my money.

Food is great. Service can be excruciatingly slow but always friendly

service was great, no wait time, and everyone was very kind but i received my food with mold.

Got overcharged for a 10 count munchkin. 10 count is $4.00, I got charged $9.53. Stop taking peoples cards and charging whatever!

Every time i come here there is no one inside and it takes 20+ minutes to get my coffee and snack. I want to give the biggest shoutout to Bryan this worker went above and beyond to make sure i got my food I’ve waited 15 min for. He always is very polite, considerate. Thank you Bryan for being awesome.

I was there on Saturday, no one greet me for 10 minutes and I had to try to get attention from the manager for a question. I just want to know how long it took for a big order since they don’t care about the business so I ordered from other dunkin. It seem like they only care about drive thru and ignored customer in dining.

Asked for chocolate glazed and got glazed. Asked for Bavarian or custard filled got jelly. Apparently if you don't know the lingo your ostracized for not knowing. When did just asking become an issue?
