Très propre ,très bon service

Beyond frustrating experience this morning. They need to get a new intercom system or new headsets for their employees or honestly new employees too. I shouldn’t have to scream at the intercom or have an employee make me feel like I’m doing something wrong/giving me an attitude because they can’t hear me when I’m already talking loud enough into the intercom. Due to this she screwed my order up and didn’t relay it back to me to make sure it was correct. I ordered a dozen donuts and decided I wanted to try the CHURRO donut too so I ordered it. I received my dozen and then two classic donuts…. Why would I need more classic donuts when I just ordered 12. Didn’t think I needed to check it so didn’t realize until after I left. On top of this, they didn’t give me a receipt so now I can’t really call and complain. They are always trying to rush your order out the window when you arrive that you forget to have them scan your rewards because you have to hurry up and grab your stuff.

we ordered doordash and though it was ready fairly quickly, everything we ordered was charred. sad.
