Dunkin'

Just waited in the drive thru for close to an hour! There were only 4 vehicles in front of me. They couldn't find my order when I got to the window. Had to wait additional 5min to "find" my items. On top of it all I was given the short straw and watched it disappear in my coffee

I waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes and my order was wrong, will not be returning.

Ordered online for pickup and when I arrived, they'd lost my order. They finally found it and filled it, but one of the donuts I ordered was not available, and all were stale and hard. Won't be going back to this store.

Went through the drive thru. Sat at the speaker for a good while before being acknowledged and cars started to stack up behind me. The girl was pretty rude at the speaker and the window. The hashbrowns were burnt to a crisp and the grilled cheese was bland and barely toasted. The glazed donut was ok, but really small for $1.69. I usually just get coffee so I guess I didn't realize how small it would be.

Ordered through app, incorrect/forgotten items. Staff was totally out of it.

Super dirty, took forever to ever to take out order and the service was so slow
