Never make my drink right. Either they never put my expresso shots in my drink or the creamer. It's always so nasty inside like they never clean. I've had to clean off my own table.

I made a scheduled order on app for next morning and it charged my credit card and showed up on app. I arrived on time to pick up and they said they never received my order. I reordered as I needed them for an event and while I was waiting I saw 2 charges on my bank and dd app. I showed the manager. She said no refund I had to do thru app. I asked how because I could not figure it out. She said she didn't know. The app said to get a refund, ask to speak with a manager. I told her and showed her. She walked away. 2 of her young male staff attempted to help but they were unable to figure out how to refund on the app. At least they tried. The manager did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO REMEDY THE SITUATION. Get a new manager! I was 45 min late to my meeting. I had to call my credit card to dispute because there is no working phone number for corporate to make a complaint. I've never used DD app or shopped there and I will be deleting the app and I will never again go to any DD especially not this location with a manager who doesn't know what to do to make customers happy. Good job to the 2 young men who tried to help.
