i don’t know what they got going on but this dunkin’ donuts sucks honestly it’s not even good anymore the ice coffee doesn’t hit the same anymore it’s disgusting the people there are really rude rather drive to fort myers just to get my stuff right like if i complain about my stuff they think i’m being rude but i want my stuff that i’m paying for

This location never answers their phone and they do a terrible job at packaging doordash orders. I ordered a medium coffee with 10 munchkins and all I got was the coffee. Attention to detail is apparently nonexistent.

This might be one of the worst Dunkin' donuts there is when it comes to customer service if you decide to go into the restaurant. Even if you order ahead and show up 10 minutes later, they've almost never pulled the ticket out of the machine to start your order. They sit and look at you for another 10 minutes sometimes before they ask if you're waiting for something. The drive-thru, however, moves pretty smoothly. Don't ever order ahead at this Dunkin' donuts using the on the go app. They're also supposed to open a 5:00 and most of the time the doors are still locked at 5:30. You have to knock to go and get your online order started which should already be ready. I don't understand the point of an on-the-go order. If you have to wait longer then if you had showed up and ordered it in person. UPDATE This dunkin has gotten way better since my original review.. The coffee is consistent and the service has gotten way faster. Thank you for the changes

The women in the green hair was rude as hell to me she made it publicly know that because I wanted extra mocha sweetener in my drink I was disgusting and continued to say it over and over making be uncomfortable.
