Dunkin'

Change your logo from RUN TO LEE DUNKI to RUN AWAY FROM LEE DUNKIN. food was cold supposed to be hot. No napkins available just not a place to go. Across the street there are much better places to go

Never going back. This place has gone downhill in the last year. Every time I get coffee there are chunks of coffee grounds in it. The store is not very clean or inviting. Seems the dining experience was lost somewhere, takes order and walks away, waited 20 mins for 2 hot terrible coffees and 1 dozen variety donuts INSIDE.

I'm always slamming "Dunkin" here with enough variety to carry me through the day. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of sweets for all ages. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access in and out.

Terrible customer service. Not very clean inside the small dining area. The restroom soap dispenser was totally empty! ( The sign in the restroom says employees must wash their hands before returning to work ) So, I'm guessing if an employee previously used the restroom, their hands were not washed before waiting on us! Just ewwwwww... The toilet paper holder was missing the big plastic outer part. And the bathroom was not clean at all.

There was a hair in my egg n sausage sandwich. I guess they don't follow codes. Husband brought it in. They brushed it off n just made us another one.. Almost seems things like this happen all the time or just don't care. Quality of product is poor!
