Drive thru is always rude! New staff bring more problems!! Ghettttttooooooooo

Staff needs to listen more and mess up the take away.... I hoped this was a better review. But no luck

Can't start a morning without my Dunkin coffee.

Great selection of drinks, hot and cold, great donuts and staff.

When I walked in I was greeted by Rachael and I was so unsettled by my day, and because I have social anxiety, and felt a panic attack coming on, however, because of Rachel's compassion and empathy, she kept me engaged in the present moment, and suggested the most wonderful flavor mix of Pumpkin pie spice & butter pecan WHICH TASTES MAGICAL. Her genuine kindness helped me stop the oncoming anxiety attack I felt from what I experienced earlier. The food I ordered was amazing, the Pumpkin muffins were very flavorful and fresh. I have not felt so comfortable going out as I did today. THANK YOU, RACHEL, ALWAYS BE YOU.

Food gave me food poisoning, not the first time from this dunkin either
