Staff were super nice, friendly, and professional.

This was the best one in Vegas.

This location was extremely dirty. Trash on the floors, on the tables. On top of the donut case there were crumbs and sprinkles that looked like they been sitting there for weeks. 4 employees doing nothing. Dirty looking employee was leaning over the counter on his phone with customers food right in front of him. Yummy.

They are not using Dunkin coffee!

Terrible service. It’s like the employees don’t even care. I ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches on English muffins. Neither sandwiches were heated. And worst part both sandwiches were missing the eggs. Basically I got a cold cheese and bacon sandwich. Horrible. Make sure to always double check your order before leaving. This place doesn’t care about customer service. Edit, I come here often now. Mainly just for the coffee. The current workers are always friendly. Coffee tastes great. I wanted to mention Gavyn. He is an excellent employee. We truly appreciate his customer service. Thank you Gavyn

I was shocked, when I walked into the Dunkin Donut store at 11710 W. Charleston. It was approx,1015 floor was filthy, crumbs all over, under the tables as well, sugar packets lying on the floors. I went to order my coffee, there was sugar on the counters, where the workers prepares costumers orders. Employers had long hair draping on there shoulders. Yes they wearing their hats, but it didn't make a difference. Music was blasting. Don't think I will be going back to this location.

I don't know if all dunkins are like this but if you order a coffee on the app from your car it's ready by the time you get inside. Love this! Convenient stop before adventures in red rock.
