Worst experience I've ever had at Dunkin' i waited over 15 minutes for my whole order there was nobody in front of me there was 2 people in the lobby I asked the drive thru lady today how long is it gonna take for my 2 wake up wraps she's told Me it's gonna take an extra 5 minutes if I want to I could cancel it and refund with a attitude i ask to speak to the manager and the manager gave me the same attitude and tell you the truth that both looked like they was smoking weed they say America runs on Dunkin more like America's running late on Dunkin

1/10/24- spoke with morning manager about an coffee order made online the previous day. Those 5 coffees/latte were simply NOT OK. She made it right the next day. Our (5)coffees and Latte were hot, fresh and delicious as coffee should be. Thank you morning manager on duty!!!

This is truly sad what I'm about to say. I worked at this store for a week, I was fired for my religious beliefs, and the general manager smokes weed just about everyday she's working to my recollection. Brandi and Kelsey provided not only a toxic environment to work in, but also an unfair one. If you're an employee that's Christian they do not like you! You'd honestly be better ordering online and not stepping foot in this store. Think about me saying that. That's how badly I was treated at this store. Kid-friendliness: There is nothing nice about any of the management at this store.

Quick and easy breakfast stop. Everything was ready pretty fast and fresh.

Food is good and service is good. Not crowded.
