Dunkin'

The worst dunkin I see. The employees so rude and late with 2 people in line.

I just left Dunk, and I was completely mistreated, the attendant didn't pay attention to my orders, and took the donuts as if they were trash and threw them in the package anyway, treating the food like trash and crushing them, as soon as we entered the store I don’t know if because we were foreigners the attendant didn't even look at our faces and insisted on being ignorant during the service. I just left the restaurant at 4:50 pm, and I came to comment here because of my outrage at the terrible service and I don't recommend it to anyone

This place is the worst Their service sucks and they always run out of lattes I was there not too long ago and I believe her name is Jessica I placed an order through the drive through and checked it before I pulled off I ordered 1 coffee light and sweet got it and it was neither so I told the gentleman of he could please make it light and sweet he took the coffee and not sure what he added to it but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and drove off had another sip and it tasted the same I came inside and politely asked for my coffee to be light and sweet he went and got Jessica so he called her and she came out with the only attitude and said do you want your money back because the coffee is light and sweet I asked her to taste it several times she refused she kept badgering me if I wanted my money back and I replied I just want a coffee that's light and sweet and she proceeds to tell the same employee to remake the coffee....... Got my coffee still not sweet but I wasn't going to argue about it any more and left never coming here again this place just disappoints and cant seem to get it together the managers suck and can't hold a proper conversation don't come here not worth the hassle

Workers are nice. They never have enough double chocolate donuts. And, they don't have chocolate frosted cake donuts at all. I only buy coffee now.

My new coffee on the go is their toasted white chocolate blend and / or French cruller donut

So I ordered a cookie butter cold brew at the drive thru. Once I pull off I noticed there’s no cookie crumbles inside. I went inside and had the pleasure of speaking with the most nonchalant sarcastic employee anyone could hire. ROB! I asked for the cookie crumbles and he said we’re out. So I said why didn’t anyone say that when I ordered it. It shrugs his shoulders and just stares at me. Then he says I don’t see what difference the crumbles make anyways. I said to him if I pay for something and I would like it. He said well I don’t drink coffee so I wouldn’t know. I then said it doesn’t matter if you drink it or not but you work at a coffee place. To the hiring manager: stop hiring people that don’t stand behind the product and have no passion. It looks bad. STARBUCKS would never.
