No bagels of any kind were available for 8AM ):

Out of town guest visiting at this location. 2 days in a row we came to get coffee, 2 days in a row the staff was short and impolite, 2 days in a row our coffee was messed up from non dairy milk request to a milk filled drink. No labels on anything, and everything shoved out the window. Definitely would take the time to go 2 extra miles to try a different shop.

The most disgusting service I have ever encountered, the impudent, rude coffee was poured without coffee, only boiled milk, and when I asked to make normal coffee, they poured coffee into a separate glass for me so that I could mix it all myself, it’s funny! The toilets there are very dirty, as if they haven’t been cleaned for years. 10am 25 Aprel 2024

Online ordering from the app was super quick and service was great here!

I ordered a hot latte, BUT I got two cups, one milk and another expresso.

This Dunkin had the worst customer service I have ever seen. When I walked in there was 1 customer waiting for an order. That’s it. The girl with the headset on was talking to the other worker swearing every other word. It took her well over 5 minutes to come to the register. A few times I even leaned over the counter to make sure she knew I was there. When she finally came to the register she was still talking to the other worker and didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. Finally took my order never said another word. Called out my order at the pickup window. Now I know why that place is never busy. I will never step foot in that place again

My husband went to this place to buy a coffee and people didn't attend her because she doesn't speak English. We have too many Latina people in Florida.

gotta be the best drink i ever gotten. someone give that man a raise.

Lamentable lugar que NO tiene Wifi y es el tercer día consecutivo que voy a las 9am y nunca tienen las donnuts de Strawberry with sprinkles. Le pongo una estrella porque no puedo elegir cero estrellas.
