It's my favorite go-to place. Coffee cravings, sweets, etc.
Why have things available online when they are not available in the store? My order was wrong, and I also wasn’t able to get half the items I wanted because they weren’t made. The donuts I actually did want, were old and not good at all. I would recommend hiring workers that actually want to work.
I came with my son on Sat, Feb10th in the afternoon. The young girl at the counter was very rude. She told me my total was $6.18 for a seasonal latte (I knew there was a $1 up charge for oat milk) after I told her that I had a $2 off rewards. I told her that price seemed too high and asked if she had applied the rewards. She did not respond but typed it in the register and came back with the amount of $3.18. I was still confused about how my price dropped $3 with a $2 reward but she again did not respond. She completed my order then took the lady’s order behind me. I waited awhile for my latte. The cashier made the lady’s hot drink who was behind me first and handed it to her while she then had to wait for her food. The cashier finally made my drink and very quietly mumbled under her breath what drink/order it was and I could not hear what she said while standing right in front of the pickup counter. She did not even look in my direction while shoving my drink to the front of the counter. I asked if there was whipped cream on it which she responded that’s $0.25. She again did not answer my question nor ask if I wanted whipped cream. She immediately turned her back to me and started working on something else. Normally the customer service is good here but she needs some extra training because her attitude was horrible.
Has better PUP cups than Starbucks
My experience was awful they had no bagels which is what wanted and ordered then I had to wait after another choice sour dough which was like chewing cardboard and when I questioned the lack of bagels the employee was somewhat rude, so what's the use of mobile ordering
