Dunkin'

While the food might be ok, the service here is horrible. They consistently take 20-30 minutes in the drive thru and if you go inside, it takes at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge you. They need a new manager or more staff. They also frequently get orders wrong.

Great tasting doughnuts, but way to expensive for the sizes and quantities! Local doughnut shops are half the price for nearly twice the amount. Think about it

this dunkin is by far the worse location to go to, their drinks are constantly wrong, service takes 15+ minutes for drive thru and at least 10 minutes in the lobby. the workers always have horrible attitudes. the lobby is never open and the drive thru takes forever. definitely going to the 44th store for now on.

manager seems very rude, acts like she doesnt want to work there. Barista's are so nice though!! they definitely make my day everytime i go in there :)

I've tried to give them chance after chance and they fail every single time. They are extremely slow and when you finally get your order its wrong... I'm done.

Love the staff in this store in the mornings. They are all friendly and have smiles. Afternoon to close, maybe not so much, but during the day they enjoy what they are doing and make sure everything is correct.

I used to love dunkin doughnuts, but today the doughnuts were stale at 800 am and had no taste and barely any frosting. Come on Dunkin!

Me and my Boyfriend went here for breakfast today, and the staff was all so so kind! The place is decorated for halloween and looks so adorable! My coffee and food was amazing
