Was denied service by both employees at 7:05pm Tuesday March 5th because they’re are closing at 8pm

The bagels were extremely dry and hard. The cream cheese was expired. I wouldn’t recommend going to this Dunkin.

Love the location and the workers are super fast to get through orders. But, they need to be retrained on the register point of sale system. They have gotten my order wrong every single time except for when I order a small black cold brew. They aren’t complicated orders - just an iced peppermint mocha latte, but instead I get an iced coffee with the syrup in it; or a black cold brew with cold foam, but instead they put a ton of syrup in it. They always ring it up wrong at the register, so then I feel bad asking the barista to remake it since it’s what was on the label…

It's very hard to get consistent orders. The staff is overwhelmed at times and there just trying to get through the day.
