Dunkin'

I am terribly upset that the staff members served good that was not fresh. Today, we purchased two Dunkin Wrap which consist of sausage and eggs. The wraps were not fresh as I was able to take the sourness of the eggs. We tossed the wraps in the garbage. When you are serving the people, you must ensure that the food is fresh, so your customers will not get sick. Please check your food out before serving it to the customers. Parking: N/A

They have 3 workers in the front that takes them more than 7 minutes to take my order. I just wanted one medium coffee… Got me to the point where I had to leave after waiting for so long for no reason. Very bad service. I did not end up getting my coffee.

This is the closest Dunkin to where I live and It’s not a good. They once gave us stale Munchkins and I went back with the receipt and this skinny old lady gave me lots of attitude for it and the second time I gave an order for three items and didn’t get one of the things I ordered so I went back the next day with a receipt and she kept talking over me and was visibly irritated. They provide the worse costumer service and don’t even know how to make a latte and always burn the sandwiches

Nice place to drop in, it just seems like the coffee is too expensive. For a small cup of regular coffee it's $3.09

The Briarwood Dunkin Donuts is a medium-sized establishment with some room for seating. The food is usually fresh and the staff is very friendly and kind. This is my son's favorite place.

This place always gets it wrong, the drinks are not soo good I gave them several chances and it’s still MID you ask and pay for oat milk they give you regular they get your order wrong and get angry at you for asking them for correction its really bad please step it up, employees are very rude to customers like we are not paying from hard earned money as well ridiculous get it together please

I took a sip of the coffee and my tongue went numb and itchy as if I was poisoned or something... I just threw it out wash my mouth out with water and wait for the numbness to go... Glad I didn't drink the whole thing just one sip
