I have a very specific order due to food allergies and sensitivities and they get it right every time! I've been so pleasantly surprised because I have to customize most of the food and drinks that I order here and they never miss any of my customizations! Plus they are super quick and very nice at the window. I hope other people will consider reviewing them positively because they deserve more stars! This dunky is good but the owner of this dunky is not good and the exploitation of the employees here has become too much. We want to reduce the hours of those who do good work and those who are paid well are not kept up. Visited this location on Saturday Jan 27, 2024 hoping to grab something before they closed at 7pm. Arrived at 6:45pm and all doors were already locked. Disappointing.

Worst experience this morning picking up breakfast with family. Marcus was the cashier, he was rude and condescending. Marcus told another employee to show me how the app works, because I couldn’t figure it out. I’m not paying full price when I activated a free item. Will go across the street from now on for my coffee.

Everybody goes to the drive-through, so it was nice and quiet. I didn't want to use the tablet to order since I needed to customize. Someone noticed me quickly and took my order in person.

My number one pregnancy craving is the French cruellers from dunkin and this location almost never has them. My husband works across the street and checks almost everyday and is successful like once a month. When I asked why, they said it's because they have to be make them in house so they choose not to. That's ridiculous.
